In aggiunta alla loro esperienza professionale, gli studenti che frequentano questo tipo di formazione dovrebbe già avere le seguenti conoscenze tecniche:

  • Aver superato l'esame 70-341: Soluzioni di base di Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, o equivalente
  • Minimo di due anni di esperienza di lavoro con Exchange Server
  • Minimo di sei mesi di esperienza di lavoro con Exchange Server 2010 o Exchange Server 2013
  • Minimo di due anni di esperienza di amministrazione di Windows Server: Windows Server 2008 R2 o Windows Server 2012
  • Minimo di due anni di esperienza di lavoro con Active Directory
  • Minimo di due anni di esperienza di lavoro con la risoluzione dei nomi tramite DNS
  • Esperienza di lavoro con i certificati Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Esperienza di lavoro con Windows PowerShell
