Questo corso  4 giorni è progettato per fornire agli studenti le conoscenze e le necessarie per supportare e risolvere i problemi dei PC e dei dispositivi Windows 11 in un ambiente di dominio Windows Server. Queste competenze includono la comprensione delle funzionalità di Windows 11, il loro utilizzo in un ambiente Active Directory e la risoluzione dei problemi.


Dopo aver terminato questo corso, sarai in grado di:

Descrivere i processi coinvolti nella pianificazione e nell'utilizzo di una metodologia di risoluzione dei problemi operativi per Windows 11.
Risolvere i problemi di avvio e servizi del sistema su un PC Windows 11.

Enterprise Desktop Support Technician (EDST) e professionisti IT che amministrano e supportano Windows 11 desktop, dispositivi, utenti e risorse di rete e di sicurezza associati.

Oltre alla loro esperienza professionale, gli studenti che frequentano questa formazione devono già possedere le seguenti conoscenze tecniche:
